You will be added to a Whatsapp group letting you know what time and where your pick-up location will be. (Most likely one person from each party will be added to the designated text group)

Groups will be shuttled back to their hotels/b&bs in the same way they were shuttled to the wedding. Please follow instructions from the stewards on which shuttle service to get on.

Shuttles are being provided for guests not located within walking distance of Hotel Santa Caterina. You will be added to a Whatsapp group letting you know what time and where your pick-up location will be (these will likely be the same groups as the welcome party shuttles).

Pre-ceremony refreshments will be served at the Glicine restaurant in the Hotel Santa Caterina. The restaurant is right off the lobby, but concierge will be there to direct guests to the location.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm in the garden. Guests will be directed down to the garden between 5-10 minutes prior to begin being seated. We kindly ask that our guests please refrain from using their cell phones during the ceremony. We want all of our friends and family to enjoy the breathtaking scenery and beautiful moment, as it is happening! Our team of photographers and videographers will capture plenty of footage that we will share with our guests. Pre- & post-ceremony photos are highly encouraged and we hope you snap up as many as you want throughout the rest of the wedding and events!! Please share any photos with the bride and groom, we can’t wait to see them all!

After the ceremony, guests will be directed down to the Al Mare Restaurant for cocktails and canapés. Please enjoy the view from the glass elevators on the way down, it is beautiful!
